In short: this website does not use cookies, does not track you and does not load any third-party content unless you actively decide to play a video. The fonts are hosted on this server as well.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Whenever you visit the website, Cloudflare automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page, the referring website, as well as the browser and operating system you use. This is technically necessary to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and misuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and reliable delivery of this website. Cloudflare processes the data on my behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR). 3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. No user profiles are created.

4. Contact by email

If you send me an email, I process the data you provide (e.g. your name, email address and message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR otherwise. I delete the data as soon as they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Appointment booking via Calendly

The “Book a call” buttons are plain links to Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC, 3423 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305, USA. No data is transferred to Calendly while you browse this website. Only when you click the link and book an appointment on calendly.com does Calendly process your data under its own responsibility. More information: calendly.com/privacy.

6. Videos from YouTube and Vimeo

Some project pages contain videos hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) or Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA). Until you click on a video, only a preview image stored on this server is shown and no connection to YouTube or Vimeo is established.

When you click on play, the video player is loaded from the respective provider. Your IP address and technical information about your device are transmitted to the provider, who may also set cookies. YouTube videos are embedded in the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), Vimeo videos with the “do not track” option. The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). Both providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 7. Links to social networks

The icons for LinkedIn, Instagram and Behance are simple links. No plugins of these networks are loaded on this website. Data is only transferred when you click a link and visit the respective network.
